Christensen Ranch Beef Featured on Menu at Slope Room in Vail
Big News! Our beef will be featured on the menu at Slope Room located in Gravity Haus Vail. Slope Room prioritizes Colorado-raised meats and produce for a crafted Colorado experience. We’re excited to work with chef Alberto Soto and his staff to showcase a variety of our naturally raised, dry aged cuts of beef. After undergoing renovations, Slope Room opens next Friday, December 18, 2020.
All of the beef produced on our ranch is:
- Antibiotic free
- Growth hormone free
- Dry aged for up to 21 days
- Sourced from cattle raised on our ranch
- Pasture-raised and corn-finished in our own feedlot
- Humanely raised via the Global Animal Partnership 5-Step® Animal Welfare Rating Program
