During the holiday season, you can choose your holiday shipping date at checkout if you would like your order to ship on a specific date. If a date is not selected, your order will ship on our next shipping date. We ship right from the ranch every Monday and Tuesday. Orders must be received by midnight Monday to ship in the current week. All orders ship with gel packs to ensure your beef arrives fresh; orders shipped during summer months may include dry ice. Colorado orders ship via UPS Ground; all others ship via UPS 2nd Day Air.
