Charcuterie Box
Our Charcuterie Holiday Box is the perfect choice for gifting or sharing. We’ve paired our handcrafted Summer Sausages with small batch cheeses from Colorado’s only artisanal cheese producer, Rocking W Cheese, to create a collection that celebrates local flavor and craftsmanship. Nestled on the Western Slope in Olathe, Colorado, Rocking W Cheese is a seventh-generation family dairy that handcrafts each cheese in small batches using milk from their own herd of dairy cows. Their commitment to quality and tradition shines through in every bite.
This year’s selection includes three of our signature Summer Sausages – Original, Cranberry Mozzarella, and Jalapeno Cheddar – alongside Rocking W’s Tomato Basil Jack, Raspberry Jalapeno Jack, and Smoked White Cheddar cheeses. To complete the presentation, we’ve included an acacia and marble charcuterie board engraved with our Christensen Ranch logo, the perfect way to serve your favorite crackers, spreads, and accompaniments.
Whether you’re hosting family, bringing a thoughtful gift, or creating a centerpiece for your holiday table, our Charcuterie Holiday Box combines premium beef, local cheese, and ranch craftsmanship for a celebration-worthy spread.
