"This is my 3rd year in a row getting a 1/4 cow from Christensen Ranch. Quality tasty beef!! Nice marbling on the steaks and probably some of the best tasting ground beef I have ever had. The corn finishing and aging really makes a difference. The butcher, Stagecoach in Wiggins, has been improving their packaging process this last year. Now all my beef is vacuum sealed. The whole process is top notch. I will be back again next year. Thank you Christensen Ranch for the Colorado beef!"
