When you buy local bulk beef directly from our ranch, you fill your freezer with enough beef to last up to one year depending on the size of beef you order. We offer three sizes of bulk beef for our three packages and our custom cut option for customers: quarter beef, half beef, or whole beef.
Because it takes 22 months to raise our cattle from birth to finish, our bulk beef is not an on-demand product. We harvest our natural Red Angus local bulk beef six times per year – January, April, May, September, October, and December. We sell our bulk beef on a first-come, first-served basis and encourage you to reserve your beef early so you don’t miss out.
