Best beef around! I wanted to eat both healthier and local. Tried several other ranches but Christensen is by far the most flavorful and tender. I have only had the boxes but due to that variety I have tried numerous cuts. Steaks are always tender and juicy. Never really cared about burgers until I had their aged patties. Now “burger night” is a great dinner. Even though I wasn’t able to smoke the brisket due to fire danger, my family still raved about the beef’s flavor.
