Claims are reviewed based on the details of your order. Shipping-related issues are eligible for coverage if:

  • Shipping Protection was purchased for your order, or
  • The issue is a carrier-confirmed loss, or
  • There was a major fulfillment error (such as missing or incorrect items)
What to Expect
  • Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery
  • We will review your submission within 1–2 business days
  • We may reach out if additional information is needed


Resolutions may include a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

  • Photos of the box, packaging, and product temperature readings (if applicable)

It’s normal for frozen beef to soften slightly during transit. As long as the product is cold to the touch, below 40°F, or still partially frozen it is considered safe and may not qualify for a refund.
