Our beef is ready on a seasonal basis, usually early spring, late summer, and late fall. If you are not ready to order or want to reserve an order, let us put you on our waiting list.
To order by mail:
Please download our order form here(Cut Sheet - Order Form). Send us your completed order form, along with a $75 deposit, by mail to the address listed above. Be sure to include an e-mail address or phone number where you can be reached. We will contact you to confirm your order date and your price.
To order by phone:
Call 970-645-1339 and leave a message if there is no answer. Please have your credit card information ready. We will fill out an order form with you over the phone and confirm your order date and price.
