Select the exact cuts you want for your quarter beef. No matter which size of bulk beef you order, you’ll receive the maximum number of cuts for the size of beef you select. Our ranch-raised beef is dry-aged for 14 to 21 days prior to processing. Because it takes 22 months to raise our cattle from birth to finish, our bulk beef is not an on-demand product. We have three harvests of beef per year:
- April & May
- September & October
- December & January
We sell our bulk beef on a first-come, first-served basis and encourage you to reserve your beef early so you don’t miss out.
Our current live weight price per pound is only $2. The average price of a Quarter Beef ranges from $613 – $800 based on an average-sized beef. Your cost may vary based on the weight of your beef. We require a small deposit of $75 to reserve your Quarter Beef.
